What type of surface can the games be played on?

We can play on just about any flat surface (asphalt, cement, gravel and grass).The surface must be firm and dry, we will not play on muddy conditions. If you live on a hilly location, please inform us to see if we can operate for your situation.

Can you operate in public parks?

Yes, parks are a excellent place to have the giant games. Although, it is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance and or additional insurance.

What type of events is are the games suited for?

GoodTimes Giant Games is a wonderful addition for Birthday parties, Schools, tailgate, beach, park, backyard and Corporate events.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 50% cancellation fee (based on the total amount due) for any cancellation. The reason for this is that we are securing not only the length of time of your game/party rental, but also the hour before and after your event for travel and setup. In Addition, we are turning potential business away in order to honor the reservation. Our goal is to make sure that your party is covered with the highest quality games and to make your event memorable.

When should I make a reservation?

We recommend booking at least 1 month before your event. We only have a few select time slots available and they fill up fast.

RULES AND POLICIES

We are dedicated to making events as FUN and SAFE as possible. To encourage safety our attendants are trained on the proper operation of attractions and manufacturer guidelines.

RULES FOR INFLATABLE’S

1. Adult supervision is required at all times.

2. No shoes or sharp objects such as jewelry or pins.

3. Inflatable’s can NOT be operated in rain or high winds. Inflatable’s will be deflated if wind gusts are greater than 15 miles per hour.

4. Participants must be of equal size and ability. No flips, pushing, rough housing, hanging on nets or piling on in the units.

5. No silly string, food, gum or other candy is permitted.

6. No persons over 250 lbs are permitted.

7. Inflatable’s need to be within 100 feet of a power source. Generators are allowed and are available to rent if needed.

8. A flat surface is required. Inflatable’s will not be set up in mud, mulch, sand or on gravel.

POLICIES

If a rental inflatable is cancelled due to inclement weather within 24 hours of the event, we will refund the amount minus up to 50% of the total contract price.

Weather Policy: Rain – If rain is forecast for the time that your event is scheduled, then you have the option of postponing or cancelling the event because inflatable’s cannot be used while wet. If you decide to proceed with the event and we set up the attractions, the full contract amount becomes due. High Winds – We reserve the right to cancel the rental if the wind is above 20 mph. High winds can move inflatable’s and cause damage and injury.

RENTAL GAME DAMAGE OR LOSS DISCLAIMER

By renting our games, you agree to return all items in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during your rental period. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, or if an item is lost, you may be charged the repair or replacement cost. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the rented games.
